Booking Policy We require a 20% deposit for all appointments booked. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the appointment and is non-refundable. The remaining balance of the appointment must be paid in full at the time of service. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited.
